This month we will be reading The History of Wild Places by Shea Ernshaw, and Philomena by Martin Sixsmith. Copies of the books are available at the library.

Gentle Yoga

Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:45 am

Come and enjoy the many benefits of yoga. This approach includes seating and standing poses, meditation, breathing exercises and positive thinking.

People practicing yoga report increased strength, flexibility, mental focus and peacefulness.

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel.  Registration is not required.  Suggested donation to the instructor: $5.00
